Basically divided into 2 parts.
First part talks about metal music. Music is universal. The message reaches everyone worldwide.
Second part talks about the disturbing event happened in Czech  Republic where Randy Blythe was accused of manslaughter over the dead of a fan. Inspiring story.
Tells us much about how a metal fans and bands: truthful, responsible and respecting every person.

At the end.. LAMB OF GOD RULES FOREVER!!!!!

(yes it's has 1h30m with almost no music at all... but it's worth watching)
